Customer may terminate the Service Agreement without paying an early termination fee by providing written notice of termination within 90 days of first delivery; otherwise, the one-year Service Agreement will remain in effect and early termination fees will apply. Customer must pay for all products and services ordered through the end of the billing period in which the cancellation date occurs. A variable energy surcharge applies each billing period. Late fees and refundable bottle deposits may also apply. Handled bottles and cooler selection subject to availability. Customer subject to applicable state bottle deposits on free and purchased cases.
